At American Craft Goods, we ship 100% USA-made kitchen essentials with care to ensure they arrive safely and quickly.

Shipping Rates

•  Free shipping on orders over $99 (continental United States only).

•  Standard shipping: $8.99 flat rate for orders under $99 (continental United States).

•  For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories (e.g., Guam, American Samoa), and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses: Shipping uses real-time USPS discounted rates at checkout (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail services). Delivery times may be longer due to location.

•  We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

•  Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

•  We ship from Iowa, USA.

Delivery Estimates

•  Continental US standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing (USPS or UPS).

•  Remote US destinations: Varies (typically 5–14 business days depending on carrier and location).

•  Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

•  If your package is lost or damaged, contact us at hello@americancraftgoods.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
