Refund policy

At AmericanCraftGoods LLC, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to non-defective returns (waived for damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
  • Exclusions: Opened personal care products (e.g., lip balm, lotion, seasoning) for hygiene reasons; final sale items; custom or personalized orders.

Return Shipping:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

Process:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (less restocking fee if applicable) after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days for a free return label or replacement (no restocking fee).
